Our Unique 2-Step Printing Process

We print on paper at a very high resolution (720dpi) and then transfer the image using an offline heat press. When heat activated, our earth-friendly water based inks transform into a gaseous state that allows the inks to penetrate the fibers of the fabric, infusing or embedding your image. This type of printing process is permanent because the image actually becomes part of the material. The result is a "tattoo-like" transfer that will not peel or crack and lasts for many years. The end result is an elegant soft look and feel with brilliant color reproduction. We do NOT print on the fabric. Direct-to-fabric is the lowest quality technology on the market.
